Dear Sir/Madam

All Dynamic Coalitions will be given a slot in the programme 
for the second IGF meeting in Rio de Janeiro. 
To facilitate the planning, we will create an online form on our Web site 
to allow you to upload information on your session.

As your speakers are also potential panellists for the main session, 
we kindly ask you to provide an initial list of speakers by 22 September 2007. 
The list should include the names of your 
proposed panellists (name, affiliation, area of expertise and contact information).

A revised tentative schedule is now available on our Web site. 
To accommodate as many events as possible, 
we included new slots early morning, late afternoon and during lunchtime. 
Please let us know should you have any preference for any particular slot 
or any constraints due to the schedule of your speakers.

The final list of speakers with short narrative bios should be submitted by 10 October, 
so that it can be included into the programme.

We look forward to our continued cooperation in preparing the Rio de Janeiro programme.
