Dear Sir/Madam

We are pleased to confirm that the workshop you proposed will figure in the program 
for the second IGF meeting in Rio de Janeiro. 
The updated list of workshops is now available on the IGF Web site.

To facilitate the planning, we kindly ask you to update your workshop forms 
and to upload it on our Web site. 
Please don’t hesitate contacting us by sending an email to igf ( at ) unog.ch, 
should you encounter any problems with uploading the information.

Workshop speakers are also potential panellists for the main session. 
An initial list of speakers could be very helpful as an input 
into the organization of the main sessions. 
The list should include the names of 
your proposed panellists (name, affiliation, area of expertise and contact information). 
Please send us such a list by 22 September 2007.

The final list of speakers with short narrative bios should be submitted by 10 October, 
so that it can be included into the program.

A revised tentative schedule is now available on our Web site. 
To accommodate as many events as possible, we included new slot early morning, 
late afternoon and during lunchtime. 
Please let us know should you have any preference for any particular slot or 
any constraints due to the schedule of your speakers.

Please note that the workshop list is not final. 
We are still in touch with a number of organizers to see whether their proposals 
can be merged or otherwise be made compatible with our workshop criteria.

We look forward to our continued cooperation in preparing the Rio de Janeiro program.
