You will find this mentioned in my contribution to the forum. Parmi les autres propositions à noter, je voudrais inclure celle que j’ai faite d’un “ e-rate” pour l’éducation et l’éthique, selon le modèle qui existe déjà aux Etats-Unis et pour pallier les difficultés rencontrées par le Fond de Solidarité numérique.
