Intersessional Meeting
Paris (France) 15-18 July 2003



  • WSIS preparatory session event held at the Libre Software Meeting ( Metz, FRANCE, July 9-12 2003 ) by Frederic Couchet ( Chancellor of FSF France) and member of the WG-PCT advisory board to discuss recommendations related to Free Software.
