In order to bring a worldwide support to the recommandations of the WG-SI, a campaign is planned to start in September, before the openning of PrepCom3 ( 15-26 September ) in order to collect online endorsements scientists all over the world to Open Access with the framework of the WSIS. Three mottos are now being proposed. People are going to be able to make a statement and publicize it by buying T-shirts and caps, featuring those mottos. T-shirts, sponsored by MDPI and ENSTA have already been distributed in June, to all the participants of the I3S conference.
